Clinic Owner, Chiropractor
Dr. Felisha Truong has been a sports enthusiast all her life. She was introduced to chiropractic after suffering a gymnastics accident as a teenager. Living with chronic pain at a young age inspired her to help others through chiropractic care. Dr. Felisha addresses the root cause of patient’s neuromuscular complaints and uses a combination of chiropractic techniques, exercises and soft tissue work to promote spinal wellness.
Dr Felisha speaks English, French and conversational Spanish.

Chiropractor
Dr. Tim grew up playing hockey, which led him to develop an interest in health and fitness. After working as a personal trainer, he ultimately decided to pursue a career focused on injury rehabilitation. After graduating from SFU’s kinesiology program, he went on to receive his Doctorate of Chiropractic from the University of Western States in Portland, Oregon.
Dr. Tim uses a variety of treatment modalities in his practice, including chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue therapy, cupping, IASTM, kinesiology taping, and exercise therapy. He has additional training in the Mckenzie method (MDT), Neurodynamics Solutions (NDS), Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS), SFMA and TPI (movement screening for golfers).
Dr. Tim has a passion for getting you back to doing the things that you love to do. With a patient-centred approach, his aim is to see you reach your goals. Outside the clinic, you can find Dr. Tim on the golf course, riding his bike, at the rink, cooking or playing guitar.

Registered Massage Therapist
Matthew is passionate about employing Massage Therapy to help others have discomfort-free movement in various activities of life. He graduated with honors from VCMT (Vancouver College of Massage Therapy) and aims to facilitate positive change in people’s lives. His expertise lends itself especially to treating stress-related, exercise-related and overuse-conditions from the workplace, utilizing neuromuscular techniques with a grounding in Swedish massage.
Whether the quality of discomfort is newly acquired or has been longstanding, he seeks to maintain, improve and encourage recovery for each of his patients. He believes relaxation is an important component of overall mental and physical health and incorporates techniques to create a therapeutic treatment. Matthew also takes the utmost care in catering to each patient’s needs and unique goals by working with them to formulate custom treatment plans that work for them.
In his spare time, Matthew is active in the volleyball community, keeps in shape with Hot Yoga and finds contentment in gardening and card games.

Registered Massage Therapist
Jessica is a Registered Massage Therapist who is passionate about health and wellness. She completed her Honours Specialization in Kinesiology at the University of Western Ontario in 2013 and continued her studies at the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy, graduating with honours in 2015.
She provides therapeutic massage treatments to assist in the rehabilitation and prevention of injuries as well as relaxation massages to promote stress reduction. Jessica also has additional training in pregnancy massage and breast and anterior chest massage. Anterior chest massage can be helpful to reduce breast pain associated with pregnancy, menstruation or post-surgery.
Jessica also works at the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy as a Senior Instructor and enjoys educating future RMTs. In her spare time, you’ll find her running, walking her dog on the seawall and spending time with her family.

Registered Massage Therapist (license pending Nov 2025)
Chelsea is passionate about facilitating wellness and loves discovering what works for each person. She creates personalized treatments, adapting to clients’ unique goals, using Swedish and deep tissue massage, myofascial release, neuromuscular techniques, and joint mobilisations. With a compassionate approach, she holds space for wherever people are, supporting body and mind through life’s ups and downs.
In love with people, creativity, movement, and the human body, Chelsea is inspired by how unique everyone is. She brings dedication, care, and a love of learning into her work. She graduated with academic and clinical excellence from Vancouver College of Massage Therapy, and was deeply honoured to receive the Heart Award, nominated by her amazing cohort and teachers.
Before becoming an RMT, Chelsea spent over a decade modeling, painting landscapes and mushrooms, and singing in bands—passions she continues today. She stays active with hiking, yoga, pilates, and hackysack. In her spare time she enjoys gardening, baking, and connecting with her community and cat.
Chelsea speaks English and conversational French.

Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Acupuncturist
Sharon is a Registered Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine, (Dr. TCM, Registered Acupuncturist). She completed her diploma of Acupuncture, TCM Herbalist and Dr. TCM at PCU college.
By using the theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Sharon is passionate about using acupuncture to treat issues such as pain relief, stress, anxiety/depression, insomnia, stomach distension, women’s health and internal medicine.
In her spare time, Dr Sharon enjoys travelling, hiking, cooking and photography.
Dr Sharon speaks English, Mandarin and some Cantonese.

Office Manager & Body Worker
Nicol is from Valencia, Spain and will always welcome you to the clinic with a warm smile! When he’s not in the office, you can find him climbing, cross country skiing or working out at the gym.
He is currently studying Massage Therapy at Vancouver College of Massage Therapy, and is excited to manage our office before he becomes a Massage Therapist.
Nicol speaks English and Spanish.

His background shaped by studies in five cities around the world, he brings creativity, warmth, and welcoming energy to our clinic.

Physiotherapist
Megan is a Physiotherapist with a deep passion for helping people regain mobility, strength, and confidence in their bodies. With several years of hands-on experience in rehabilitation and therapeutic support, she delivers compassionate, individualized care.
Megan's services involves assisting with treatment sessions, guiding patients through exercises, monitoring progress, and ensuring that every individual feels supported throughout their recovery process. Healing isn’t just physical—it is also emotional. She strives to create a positive, motivating environment where patients feel heard and encouraged.
Megan is also experienced in treating babies and toddlers with concerns related to hips, feet, neck, and general development. She creates fun, engaging sessions tailored to each child’s needs, using imaginative activities to support effective therapy. Using a compassionate, empathetic approach, Megan aims to identify the root cause of issues and work collaboratively towards each child’s goals, whilst making it fun!
Outside of work, Megan enjoys weight lifting, hiking, wild swimming and learning to ski. Keeping an interest in physical exercise keeps her grounded and inspired to keep herself and others strong, fit and active.
